Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. A worldwide country list is available for address entry; delivery eligibility is limited to the area stated here.
Shipping cost
All eligible orders receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping service. No express shipping option is offered.
Order handling and cut-off
Our order cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), year-round. The GMT-06:00 offset is fixed and does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a business day before the cut-off begin their 1–2 business-day handling window that day. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin that window on the next business day.
Transit and estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined with handling, the estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, counted from the applicable handling start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, weather and holidays may affect delivery.

Taxes
Checkout displays a tax charge of $0.00 under our current pricing settings. This is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
